c. Non-Returnable Items

• Items are not eligible for return/refund if more than 2 weeks (14 days) have passed since delivery for standard products.
• High-end products are eligible for a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and include proof of any issues if claimed.
